UPDATE: 5/17/2021

In a major step toward returning to pre-pandemic life, beginning today, Monday, May 17, 2021, face coverings will be optional for fully vaccinated individuals inside our office in accordance with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. To ensure the continued safety of our patients and team members, we strongly recommended that individuals who have not received their vaccine(s) continue wearing a mask or facial covering when entering the building.

We still ask you to come alone to your appointment when possible, in order to limit the number of people in the office at one time. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please reschedule your appointment:

  • Any cold or flu-like symptoms including headache, body ache, fever, chills, cough, or shortness of breath.

  • Confirmed or suspected contact with someone diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19).

If you have questions regarding any of these changes, please call the office at (260) 436-9696.

Thank you for trusting us with your medical care!

UPDATE: 4/5/2021

To ensure the continued safety of our patients and team members, we will continue to require masks or face coverings to be worn in our office regardless of the state-wide mask mandate change to an advisory. Many of our team members, including our providers, have received the COVID-19 vaccine and will continue to take the necessary precautions and preventative measures to keep everyone safe.  Even if you have had your vaccine, all patients and team members are required to wear a mask or facial covering when entering the building. Although the measures we are taking may require extra time, we truly appreciate your willingness to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.

Upon arrival, please come inside to complete the check-in process. Remember that we ask for your insurance card at each visit along with any copayment that is due. Once you are checked in, you may choose to be seated in our waiting area, or you may let our team know you would like to wait in your vehicle and we will call you when we are ready for you.

We still ask you to come alone to your appointment when possible, in order to limit the number of people in the office at one time. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please reschedule your appointment:

  • Confirmed or suspected contact with someone diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19).

We will continue to assess new guidelines and will keep you informed of any future changes. If you have questions regarding any of these changes, please call the office at (260) 436-9696.

UPDATE: 7/23/2020

As we navigate through these challenging times, it is necessary to communicate changes as we implement them in our practice. Recently, we made it mandatory for our team to wear masks and recommended that our patients wear them.  However, Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has now mandated that all Indiana residents wear face coverings while in public. That means that you will be required to wear a mask each time you visit our office.

UPDATE: 4/16/2020

Keeping you safe, healthy and informed is our priority.

Three Rivers Dermatology & Windy Ridge Skin Care Centre is committed to ensuring the health and welfare of our patients and team. With the current situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak, in-person clinical visits will be limited to patients with urgent skin concerns in order to ensure the safety of our patients. We are also taking additional precautions to keep you and our team safe. Additionally, we now have the ability to conduct dermatology appointments via TeleDerm.

How will a TeleDerm appointment work?

TeleDerm appointments are intended to provide you with dermatologic care without a face-to-face visit. You will have the option of scheduling a virtual visit with one of our providers. This may be achieved through a TeleDerm phone visit or a TeleDerm video visit. There are some parameters with these options, so please contact the office during our office hours for more information.
